Come get cosy at Blommekloof Country Cottages! With free firewood, and inside as well as outside fire places, it's the perfect place to stay warm and take a break this winter!
With a large, open-plan living area and a wide, covered patio, Sunflower Cottage is a comfortable, practical house where you’ll relax completely!
In short::
# 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. (We can also move in a double bed or bunk beds on request.)
# 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
# Open-plan living and lounge area with wood-burning fireplace.
# Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with crockery and cutlery for 4 or more people, and gas-powered stove.
# Covered patio with braai area.

We are in the Garden Route - Blommekloof is situated in the Leeukloof, a wonderfully beautiful valley near Ruiterbos, in the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains between Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.

We survived the storms and flooding of the past couple of weeks! We had loads of rain, and lost a lot of trees, but the cottages and all the people and animals were safe.
Blommekloof is accessible by road, and we have tons of free firewood!

Sunflower Cottage was designed to capture the spirit of the Cape, and the energy of the sun. With a large, open-plan living area and a wide, covered patio, it’s a comfortable, practical house where you’ll relax completely.
In short:
🌻2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, & one with two single beds.
🌻1 bathroom with bath & shower.
🌻Open-plan living & lounge area with wood-burning fireplace. (includes free firewood!)
🌻Fully equipped kitchen & dining area with crockery & cutlery for 4 or more people; gas-powered stove.
🌻Covered patio with braai area.
📶Now with free WiFi (Please use it sparingly, though - you're here for a break from all that!)

Firewood and braai-wood are supplied free of charge, as well as free-range eggs, and homemade jams & marmalade!
