If arrangements were made, an additional child under 12 could sleep on the sleeper couch in the open-space living area as the fifth person.

- Amazing scenic ocean views from the house.

- We are not on the beach. Dana Bay is the conservation suburb of Mossel Bay.

You will see small game, such as tortoises, guinea fowls, and small buck foresting in the green areas between the houses.

- We are not a party venue. No parties are allowed.

- Garage parking is available for one vehicle (NOT oversized vehicles)

- Save and quiet area.

- No fencing in front of the house.

- No pets allowed.
