Introducing Fano “Sunnyboy”, our manager and my right (and left) hand man who started at One on Hely as a gardener, 17 years ago. Sunnyboy manages all household daily tasks as well as maintenance and repairs to One on Hely. Those that have been here know not only his warm welcome smile, but that we know One on Hely is in tip top shape!

We had a special guest staying with us on Sunday and one we proudly supported and sponsored for the stay. After a gruelling 52km on day 8 of his 15 marathons in 15 days challenge, from Port Edward to Ponto d’Ouro, Gavin Skevington stopped overnight in our coastal gem of a village Mtunzini, to rest and refresh at One on Hely Bed & Breakfast. Gavin is raising funds and awareness for 5 charities, namely; Project Rhino, CHOC, Jess Foord foundation, Paw Prints and Sithanda Upliftment project.
