With over 10 years of experience in five-star hospitality, both internationally and across South Africa, she has built an impressive career specialising in food and beverage operations and guest experience design.

Yajna is passionate about turning ideas into extraordinary occasions. Rather than hosting our buffet every Sunday, we will now be offering our much-loved Buffet Sundays twice a month, making each buffet a special occasion to look forward to. These carefully selected Sundays will feature the generous spreads and warm atmosphere that our guests have come to enjoy.

On the alternate Sundays, you can relax and savour your favourite Tramonto dishes from our full à la carte menu. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a leisurely Sunday lunch with family and friends while indulging in the flavours you know and love.
