eters; joined forces to buy the old Greaves Street Bed and Breakfast. The four businessmen got together to discuss the future of their new business venture. They looked at what they already had and how they wanted to improve on it. The old B&B had ten operational rooms, a kitchen and a conference venue. They decided that they wanted 12 operational rooms, including five executive rooms and a handicap friendly room. This meant basically starting from scratch. They brought in architects, laid the plans out to them and this is where it all began. They have two family rooms that can accommodate a family of three to four. A special feature about these rooms is that they are situated close together, which means more space for families to book in together. Lyrics is a special room, which is specially designed to be wheelchair friendly. There is ample space to suit all their needs. Every room has something special and unique about it. The veranda area offers space and privacy to guests who want to get some fresh air outside. Executive House is known for their delicious breakfasts. They have a delicious spread of options from warm foods to cereals. The guest house is Halaal, which means no alcohol or pork products are served in the dining hall. The guest house is also three-star rated, which offers guests peace of mind that they will always get the very best in service and hospitality. There is also a bidet in every room to make Muslim guests feel more at home. Business people can rest assured that there is Wifi available, as well as USB chargers in every room. There is secure, sheltered parking for all guests. Safety is a priority at Executive House. There is a security guard patrolling the property throughout the night. The guest house is also perfectly situated, offering you easy access to the mall, casino, restaurants, hospital, specialists and beauty spas. Above the crisp clean bedding and modern furnishings, it is their hospitality that really makes this place special. They make you feel welcome. This is the responsibility of their three Operational Managers; General Manager Cornalee van der Westhuizen, Food and Beverage Engela Swart and Housekeeping Tracey-Leigh Adams. "We are a dynamic team, goal driven and passionate about our work." Cornalee van der Westhuizen adds that each one of the managers are exceptional in their own field and teamwork is what makes them successful. They are very hygiene orientated. The curtains were replaced with blinds and the carpets with tiles, just to ensure the rooms are spotless. A hygiene company comes in every three months to clean the mattresses. To make it easier for parents with small children, the family room has a bath tub, yet it also offers the option to shower. They also use down lights to reduce their carbon footprint. According to Johan Pieters, they believe it is the small things that really count. "We have a beautiful welcome pack; all items in this pack have the Executive House logo on them. You also get a card that shows you what the weather will be the next day." At Executive House they believe in going the extra mile. "Our guests can rest assured that they are always in capable hands, as we have three exceptional managers here. The guest house has a professional look, yet it's comfortable. We want our guests to feel special. This is their home away from home where people arrive as guests and leave as family. Executive House wants everyone to experience their hospitality.
