Serenity is a plot situated on the peaceful green banks of the Vaal river, near Orkney (40 minutes from Potchefstroom and 20 minutes from Klerksdorp) It's run by Michelle Thöle-van Zyl, offering accommodation and a private fishing experience. Serenity is a place for anyone who wishes to break away from the rushed everyday life for relaxation or fishing. There are two double rooms with their own en

-suite bathroom which includes catering upon request and there is also a wooden loft house which houses up to six people, complete with a braai on the veranda and a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. If you like fishing, bring your fishing rod along! The Sunbird, Woodpecker and Kingfisher chalets are fully equipped self-catering units that can sleep up to 4 people with their own private deck on the river for fishing.
