We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join our team as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Ensure the preparation of all food items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with deliveries.
• Complete daily checks of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standards.
• Have knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils & equipment.
• Follow kitchen procedures & service standards.
• Follow all safety & sanitation policies when handling food & beverages.
• Sober Habits. No criminal record.

WE'RE TAKING A BREAK.
Dear valued guest, kindly take note that our annual Oyster Bay Lodge closure period will be from 01 May to 31 July 2025. During this time our Admin and Bookings team will still be available, but no accommodation, activities or day visitors will be facilitated.
