Sunset Boulevard is back into business for all those who need to travel for business away from home, our facility is Covid -19 safe due to our building structure, one does not enter the premises into a busy public space before arriving at your apartment or work station, and this is what makes it so unique, plus you have a beautiful view of the Berg River running in front of you and at the same time a great view of the famous Paarl Rock Mountain, the premises is situated in a quite area but also not far from the main city, the area is safe for walks in our famous nature reserve (Arboretum) and you could do some Kayaking and Cycling in your spare time.
We have added facilities such as a 40 seater conference centre, plus team building areas that could easily seat +- 40 people at a time in an outside area protected from the weather.
We also would offer breakfast to your rooms or if you prefer to join us in our dining room you are more than welcome, other facilities: Wi-Fi, light lunches, overhead projectors, Dinners Barbeques ext.
