We hosted our first Par 3 Challenge on Friday, 10 April 2026, with a fantastic turnout of 46 players. It was a great afternoon, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the golf.

The Par 3 format certainly proved to be a challenge, really testing players’ short game and putting skills.

Congratulations to our winners! Barend Smit won the day with an impressive 43 points, while Dougie McGuigan recorded the lowest gross score of 6 under par at 48.

Thank you to everyone who participated—we look forward to seeing you all at our next Par 3 Challenge!

Congratulations to all the players who earned their tour cards for the Sunshine Tour!

It was a long week with a few weather delays, but a fantastic event overall. Huge credit to the tournament directors, their teams, the Nomads, and all the volunteers for their hard work.

It was an honour to be part of the Qualifying School. Wishing everyone the best for the 2026 season.
