What to Expect

This is more than a weekend away—it's an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Together we will journey through three powerful questions:

Friday
Where am I?

We begin by slowing down, getting to know one another and creating a safe space where every woman feels seen, heard and valued. Through meaningful conversations and quiet reflection, we'll gently explore where we are in this season of life and what our hearts have been longing for.

Saturday
Who am I? → Who am I becoming?

Saturday is a journey of rediscovery.

Together we will explore the woman beneath the roles, uncover the beliefs that may be holding us back, reconnect with our strengths, and begin stepping into a future filled with purpose, hope and possibility.

Throughout the day there will be time for guided reflection, journaling, personal conversations and moments of quiet in the beautiful surroundings of Hidden Grace.

How do I live this?

Before returning home, we will focus on turning insight into action. Together we'll create practical next steps, build supportive connections and leave with renewed confidence, clarity and a personal commitment for the journey ahead.
