Some of you may have noticed that our long-standing WhatsApp number, ๐ฌ๐ณ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ด๐ต ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ณ, has been unavailable over the past few weeks.
As mentioned previously, we've been busy upgrading and migrating to a new WhatsApp communication system. This has happened alongside several other changes taking place behind the scenes as we strengthen and modernise the way Westvaal communicates with our guests.
Following a recent security incident involving one of the systems used by our business, we've also decided to take a cautious approach to our digital communications. With WhatsApp scams and account compromises becoming increasingly common, we'd rather be a little too careful than not careful enough.
