We are inviting you to participate in the 2025 Gamtoos Valley Farm Run and half marathon on Saturday, 6 September 2025.

🍊 It takes place from the sportsgrounds of Laerskool Gamtoosvallei through the beautiful citrus orchards and surrounds of Patensie in the Eastern Cape.

We launched the race in 2022 and every year, the event keeps growing! We are excited to see even more people join the this year.

There are 3 races:
❤️ 21.1km half marathon
💚 10km race
💛 5km fun run

We have the best water points manned by local businesses and have food vendors on the sportsfield.

📝 Online entries op on 1 June 2025.
‼️ It is an official EPA event and the 21.1km and 10km race times will be published.

👟We are affiliated with the Nedbank Running Club.

It's a stunning day at the Gamtoos Valley Farm Run.
Our runners are coming in and the crowd is amazing.

We have some lovely food available in the tuckshop. Head over and come sort lunch out for today.

The Ripple Hill Hotel, Patensie, is offering a FREE Castle Light / Coke to anyone that can show their medal while ordering a (paid for) pizza.
They are just down the road and look forward to your visit.

Remember Padlangs Country Restaurant and Shop is offering a complimentary glass of fresh juice from the valley to all participants popping in.

Tolbos Country Shop and Restaurant is on the rugby field with their food truck.

We also have the Kiosk here with coffee and sweet treats.
