Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
Check out time is 10am on the day of departure
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special request, please let us know in advance. To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
Cancellation Policy
1) All cancelations must be done in writing to email address
2) February to October bookings – 50% cancelation fee applies if done within 6 weeks of
reservation.
3) November, December, January and Easter bookings – Will result in the forfeit of the full amount,
should you/we not be able to find a replacement
4) Full Lockdown (Government enforced) – Full refund will be made, or reservation can be transferred to a
different date
5) We as owners reserve the right to re-let the accommodation in the event of a cancellation
