Hi people, I saw the rooikat (caracal) this morning on the lawn....
Having my morning coffee, I heard the peacocks shouting and making a noise. I went outside and by luck me and Colada saw this young caracal, standing on the lawn.
For a couple of seconds we just stare at each other...
When I slowly move to take a photo, he/she shot away and ran into the forest...
What an experience...
I'm glad to see rooikat again on the property. I was worried because for awhile I didn't see them and wondered if they still arround.
