It has a sliding door to separate both rooms and its size is 65m2. It also has a deck with sea views of 35 m2. The deck has all the outside furniture and braai. Its very private and you will have use of a communal poo

l. The Penthouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, lounge, full kitchen apartment. Very private and stunning views from a 100m2 deck with loungers, sitting area , outside dining table and braai. The apartment without the deck is very spacious at135m2. There is enough parking space in front of your own apartment. The estate is very secure!
