That is the exact inspiration behind Picasso’s Cottage. We wanted to build a space where you can slow down, do things entirely your way, and breathe a little deeper. No strict hotel schedules. No fuss. Just your own peaceful sanctuary to settle into. 🌿
When we travel, self-catering is always our go-to. Why? Because we love the absolute freedom to:

We designed the cottage to feel personal, cozy, and comfortable... the kind of place where you can properly switch off. We take care of the essentials (like weekly cleaning, fresh towels every third day, and quick help whenever you need it), so you can focus entirely on relaxing.
Spend your days exploring nearby beaches, the city, or the countryside... then come back, light the braai, pour something cold, and pretend you have absolutely no responsibilities for a while.
