As hosts we strive to do our best for our guest...but how do we know if we're successful? I think it's when you realize your guest checked in tired stressed and just miserable, but after only 1 night with us they are happy, rested and ready to face another day. I have seen this happen time and time again. This alone warms my heart to know we actually do provide exactly what we promised in the advert I regularly send...our German guests that check out this morning made me realize we have made this achievement.
