From bottlenose dolphins and Cape fur seals to a mother and calf Southern right whale coming incredibly close to the boat, this was a day to remember.

We also made our way to St Croix Island and spotted African penguins along the way. 🐧

Sometimes the best adventures are right on our doorstep. 🌊🐋

Built in 1799 to protect Algoa Bay during the Napoleonic Wars, Fort Frederick has stood overlooking Gqeberha for more than 200 years.

The Willows On The Move | Mosaic Tourism | Day 24 🛺

Today I explored Gqeberha from a different perspective, joining Mosaic Tourism for their Cast in Stone Tour, with a slightly customised itinerary through some of the city’s fascinating history and heritage.

What stood out most was hearing the stories behind the places we pass every day - and seeing the city with a little more appreciation for the history around us.
