Avocet Guest House is conveniently located 150 meters from the sea, with golden beaches and the warm Indian Ocean on our doorstep. Port Elizabeth boasts some of the best beaches along the Sunshine Coast.

We are 10 minutes from the airport, a few minutes from the Humewood Golf Club, a few minutes from The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Centre, and approximately 1.5 Km from Hobie Beach, the starting point for the International Iron Man Triathlon.

We are the closest guest house to Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, being walking distance from the North Campus, and approximately 1.2 Km from the South Campus.
