🌟 FACILITATOR TRAINING | DAY 3 🌟

And just like that… Day 3 has come to an end! 🥹🙌

Our final day was all about reflection, growth and looking back at the journey we have shared over the past few days.

We reflected on what we have learned, the challenges we faced, the lessons that stood out and how much we have grown in confidence as facilitators. 💭✨

From learning the role of a facilitator, to building communication and leadership skills, and finally putting our knowledge into practice by leading and explaining games — it has been an incredible journey!

Today reminded us that being a great facilitator is not only about knowing the games. It's about connecting with people, creating a safe and positive environment, bringing energy into every activity and leaving a lasting impact. ❤️

To our facilitators: thank you for your energy, willingness to learn, laughter and commitment throughout the training. We are excited to see you take everything you've learned and put it into action! 💪🔥

This may be the end of our training, but it's only the beginning of your journey as facilitators. 🚀

🔥 FACILITATOR TRAINING | DAY 2 🔥

From learning about facilitation to putting it into practice! 🙌🎯

Day 2 was all about practical skills, confidence and learning how to deliver activities effectively.

Our facilitators were taught how to explain games clearly, give simple and effective instructions, demonstrate activities, manage a group and keep participants engaged from start to finish. 🗣️🤝

The best part? They got to put everything into practice through practice lessons! 🎉

Each facilitator had the opportunity to take the lead, explain a game, demonstrate their approach and receive feedback from the team. It was a great opportunity to learn from one another, build confidence and improve along the way.

There were definitely some laughs, a few challenges and lots of learning! 😂💪

We’re not just teaching them games — we’re teaching them how to create experiences that people will remember. 🌟

At camp, they are given that opportunity in a safe, nurturing environment—filled with laughter, connection, and joy.
