For the quiet and private individual who loves to be near our beautiful beaches. Near to 2nd Avenue, Summerstrand.

Lovingly decorated four-bedroomed home with three double-sized bedrooms available. Private garden areas for peaceful living and learning.
Well maintained shared kitchen and living area. Free WiFi and DSTV. Electricity and Water included (up to a monthly allowance of R450 per student). All amenities, utensils, electrical appliances, cutlery and crockery included (just bring your linen and personal belongings).

Secure parking behind remote controlled gates. Cleaning of the general living areas once per week.
