Welcome, we are a private estate situated in the gorgeous Chelsea nature conservancy.

Our home is surrounded by rolling hills and in a lovely rural setting, but the ocean view is our crowning glory. Totally private, nestled in trees the house was originally constructed for a Family from Namibia and their 5 daughters a year later the property was sold to Graham and Rose Martin and has been in the family for over 50 years. When the Martins first moved to Vineta there was not a single

tree or garden on the farm. Rose Martin then set about to establish her Garden we enjoy today. The Farm is just under 24 acres made up of lawns and bush land with a large array of plants, shrubs, and trees. The property accommodates abundant wildlife and numerous bird species, and we have the pleasure of occasionally seeing Bush buck grazing in the driveway. Over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry In Europe, Australia, and South Africa we open our home to you and your guests. Our service is intimate and personal, and our joy is making your day everything you whished for. Enjoy the view! Doing what we love
