CANCELLATION POLICY
For non-arrival (no-show) or premature departure or cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to arrival, 100 % of the total accommodation fee is payable. Cancellation less than 7 days (21 days in high season) prior to a booking, forfeit the full deposit;
7 - 14 days ---- 75 % of the deposit
15 – 21 days ---- 50 % of the deposit
Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival,

forfeit 25 % of the deposit. An administration fee of R150,00 will be charged on all refunds. The accommodation fee paid is refundable ONLY if rooms are booked out again. If we book out all rooms again, you will receive the balance of your money back. Please note that in the event of National Lockdown being implemented in the future, we will hold any deposits made to us for accommodation. Your booking will simply be moved to another date of your choice when travel is safely open once again as per government protocols. We request that our guests rather move their bookings rather than cancelling it completely. This is unfortunately due to current Worldwide Health risks due to COVID-19.
