You’ll enjoy two bathrooms each with a bath and shower, one of which is an en-suite, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area with a fan and a sleeper couch, offering extra flexibility for larger groups. The highlight of your stay is the balcony, where you can relax in the mini splash pool while taking in the breathtaking sea views. For your convenience, there's also a double garage and a laundry room. Sunwich Port Beach is 1.1 km from the holiday home, perfect for a day of sun and surf, while Sea Park Beach is 2.5 km from the property. Margate Airport is a 30 km drive. Local shops and restaurants are nearby for all your dining and shopping needs. For your entertainment, DStv and WiFi are available at an additional cost. The house is also equipped with a security alarm and garden beams for added security. Our friendly housekeeper, Patrick, lives just around the corner and is available for any requests. He will also meet you on arrival to hand over the keys and assist with departure.
