r suffered by any person entering these premises, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, or any harm caused to any person, or for damage, loss or destruction of any property of any person, arising from negligence by The owners or theft or any cause whatsoever. The owners shall not be liable to any person entering these premises for the safekeeping or custody of, or damages to any vehicle, or articles affixed to or left in such vehicle, as a result of any negligent act, collision, fire, theft, rain, hail or any other cause whatsoever. Poisonous snakes and insects inhabit the area as well as dogs on the adjoining premises. The rooms and public area is smoking free and a fine of R15 000 will be for your account if you break the rule and smoke in the no-smoking area. For security reasons, or where building or construction is taking place on or in the vicinity of the premises, access to the premises may be denied at the sole discretion of the owners. The terms of this notice are severable. Should any legislation or other law restrict or prohibit the effect of this notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not invalidate the remainder of this notice. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.
