Hotel Nieu was founded in 2016 by Anthony Fitzhenry (previous founder of Axiz and Qhubeka http://qhubeka.org) and Paul Boshoff of Urban Concept Architects (http://www.urbanconcept.co.za). The Project originated out of a concern to promote a new brand of eco inner city living. Nieu Kanaan - intentional living is centred around efficiency and sustainability.
