They beauty of winters in Africa comes from the sun . As the sun rises the bright oranges , purples and yellows fill the sky , mixed with the cold air wakes you up in a different way . Ending your day with a sunset , feeling that cold air that slowly creeps around you as the beauty of the sun fades away opening the door for the nights sky to come in . Early morning cheetah sighting. Cheetah mom definitely had something going on in the area from the night before. Had some lion tracks in the same area so better be careful.

Two you Nyala bull’s testing each other’s dominance . In nature dominance is key to breeding rights and these two individuals are sooner or later going to battle it out , to see who’s going to be the top dog and pass on his genes for this season.

The first few weeks of this new year has been filled with lots of thunderstorms that makes you appreciate the sunshine coming through for a couple of days. Just like life sometimes takes turns in directions that you don’t want , nature has its ways of tackling the rain , droughts and whatever the weather brings . Appreciate the small things and the time spent with those you love and take the 365 days of this 2026 one day at a time . 🐆

To a beautiful end to 2025 . This year has been full of challenges that has been overcome . It’s been filled with sorrow and joy , some difficult times , new beginnings and setbacks , wins and losses but most important is that we’ve made it to the end of it all . To all the wonderful guests we’ve had visited , we thank all of you for the laughs , the stories , the memories . To the regulars that’s been coming thank you for another great year. We hope to somewhere in 2026 see everyone again and catch up.
