Wine Paired Dinner · One Evening, Five Regions of Flavour

The menu travels. Pork belly with apple and vanilla, then tuna under Japanese seven-spice, then butter chicken with turmeric rice, then lamb shank with pomegranate, then a berry galette with rose cream.

Franschhoek holds it together. Every course meets a La Motte wine chosen for it, Cap Classique, Sauvignon Blanc, Millennium, Syrah, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
