Cornerhouse on Conan is a four star guesthouse, situated in a tranquil area of Moreleta Park, an upmarket suburb, in the east of Pretoria. We are in business for 7 years. About 500 metres from Cornerhouse on Conan is the Moreletakloof Nature Reserve with Zebra, Blesbuck, Impala, Springbok and Ostriches. The hiking trails take you on a journey of a rich birdlife. uxurious rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, DSTv (12 Channels) , WiFi, airconditioning, hairdryers and coffee/ tea facilities. We can accommodate the taller person as well. The seven self-catering units are fully equipped . Each self-catering unit has a fridge, microwave, hotplate and kettle. Each unit has a private entrance. The units are ideal for short or extended stays at reasonable rates. Some of the units have double beds, some have single beds(which can be converted into a Kingsize bed). There is also a single self-catering unit with a three quarter bed. We have a self-catering unit designed for disabled persons and it is accessible by wheelchair. Most of the rooms has heated towel rails and digital laptop safes. Our linen is crisp white percale and our towels are fluffy and is of high quality. So are our mattresses, because we are in the sleeping business. Our rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by friendly staff. No smoking is allowed in the rooms. Smoking areas are provided. Breakfast is optional and consists of cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juice, coffee/tea, toast and hot proteins. Dinner can also be ordered on request. The food are prepared in our kitchen and consist of a three course meal. We can also provide lunchboxes on request. Laundry facilities are available on the premises at an extra cost. An iron and ironing board are provided in each room. There is enough parking on the premises and each room has it’s own remote for the automatic gate. An electric fence surrounds the premises. A shuttle service is also available at Cornerhouse on Conan. Cornerhouse on Conan is ideal for business breakfasts and lunches. We do small functions for up to 12 persons in our cosy dining room or in the garden.

Our Story

Cornerhouse on Conan is situated in a tranquil area of Moreleta Park, an upmarket suburb, in the east of Pretoria. We have been in business for the past ten years and from the start, the Tourism Grading Council awarded us with four stars.

The guesthouse has twelve luxurious self-catering units all with en-suite bathrooms, flat-screen televisions, DStv (12 channels), air conditioning, heated towel rails, digital laptop safes, iron, ironing board and a private entrance. Each self-catering unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, hotplate, kettle and some units have its own braai. We have a self-catering unit designed for disabled people and is accessible by wheelchair. The rooms have comfortable King/Single or Double beds all fitted with crisp white percale linen and our fluffy towels are of the highest quality. W accommodate the taller person as well, with extra length beds. Our rooms are cleaned daily by friendly staff. No smoking allowed in the rooms, there are designated smoking areas.

Breakfast is optional and consists of cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juice, coffee/tea, toast and hot proteins. Lunchboxes and home-cooked three-course dinners are also available on request.
