These two rooms are equipped with air conditioner, ceiling fans and share a bathroom, which has a shower. There is a lovely covered patio with gas braai. Living area - television, DStv decoder (can be activated at additional cost), dvd player, air conditioner, ceiling fans and comfortable couches. Kitchen - fully equipped with quality necessities, including toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven/stove, fridge/freezer and dish washer! Utility room - washing machine, tumble dryer, dry yard with washing line. Security - secure complex with electric fencing, electronic gates and a lock-up parking area.
