About Us

Eagle Cove Bed & Breakfast offers six spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Each room has an extra long queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. One room also offers a shower-bath tub option. All rooms have DSTV and free wifi. An additional single bed can be accommodated in two of the six rooms. Breakfast is included in the rate per person and secure parking is available on site. Eagle Cove is a mere 5-10 minutes drive from the Northgate Ticket Dome and Wilgeheuwel Hospital. The area also offers nearby restaurants, shopping malls, convenient stores, take away outlets and a Virgin Active gym.

Eagle Cove Bed & Breakfast is also situated conveniently close to one of South Africa’s eight international heritage sites, The Cradle of Mankind which dates back as far as 1,8 million years (widely recognised as where all of mankind originated). Additional attractions in the area include the Sterkfontein Caves, Hartbeespoort Dam, Rhino & Lion Park, the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens (home of the rare Black Eagle breeding pair can be seen) and the Pilanesberg Game Reserve Safari. For the more adventurous there is caving in the Sterkfontein Caves, Canopy Zip line tours as well as Hot Air Ballooning all of this within 40 minutes of the B&B. All sites are accessible by car, taxi or if you wish via the many tour operators working in the area. For the Golfers, we are within minutes from Eagle Canyon, Jackal Creek, Dainfern, Roodepoort Country Club “Ruimsig” and Krugersdorp. Families enjoy the greater attractions of the cradle area for mountain biking, hiking, bird watching and many other activities available in the area. Eagle Cove offers fist class accommodation for guests visiting the many function & wedding venues nestled within the slopes of the greater Muldersdrift, Honeydew, Magaliesberg and Lanseria area.
