It has a double bed, dining area, kitchen, with fridge, micro, 2 plate, coffee, tea and necessary utensils. There is a bathroom and separate loo, a covered veranda with braai and pool. There is off-street gated parking.

When you come down the pass, take the second entrance to Riebeek Kasteel (Hermon Road) on your left. 100m on the right is Pecan lane, a dirt road. A Treehouse is the first gate on the right (with white pillars).
