We love sourcing hidden gems from our local community, and this one is an absolute favourite. Meet our Country Muesli, a true labour of love handmade by Linda Reynolds up in Nottingham Road.

Linda hand-bakes this muesli in small batches, ensuring every single oats-and-nut cluster is perfectly toasted and packed with flavour. It also happens to be 100% vegan, making it the ultimate plant-based pantry staple.

Need to know how to keep your Riveraine Beef fresh?

Store between 0–4°C, keeping it in its original packaging. Place it on the lowest shelf, which is usually the coldest part of the fridge, and use it within 3–5 days depending on the cut.

If you’re not planning to use it within a few days, freeze it as soon as possible. For optimal quality, frozen beef is best used within 3–6 months. When it’s time to cook, defrost slowly in the fridge rather than at room temperature, and avoid thawing in hot water. Slow thawing protects both texture and flavour.
