The large open plan kitchen features a modern granite topped bar counter which forms the heart of the home and is perfect for entertaining. The house is decked with balau wooden decking front and back and creates two separate entertainment areas with mountain and sea views respectively. French doors give a modern, airy feel, catch a glimpse of the ocean and lush Milk Woods from the large open plan kitchen and outside deck. The sandy beach which is 1 minutes walk away has rock pools, exciting little coves, safe swimming for children and a very popular surf spot.
