After 9 years in the business, we’re really grateful to share that our little 2-sleeper cottage is currently rated 9.7 on Booking.com.
It hasn’t been a perfect journey. We’ve had our ups and downs, including a dip to around 8.8 at one stage. Along the way there have also been a number of setbacks, structural issues and a few unexpected challenges.
We’re only human, and sometimes things go wrong during a guest’s stay, but we always try our best to put things right and learn as we go.
Our cottage isn’t in a prime location, and it’s not world-class luxury, but what we do offer is consistency, effort, and showing up every single day to work with what we have and make guests feel comfortable.
We’re especially thankful for guests who see that and take the time to leave kind, constructive reviews.
Somehow, through all of that (and a few strange reviews along the way), we’ve managed to build our score back up.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. We’ll keep doing our best, one stay at a time.
