We love this area because it's a five-minute walk to three fantastic swimming beaches - Water's Edge, Boulders and Seaforth. These are ideal because they're in small coves, and sheltered from strong currents, winds and large waves. The world famous Boulders Beach Penguin Colony is about 300 metres away, and there's a lovely boardwalk for viewing the African penguins or taking a daily stroll. We li

ve on the doorstep of the Cape Point National Park and our beaches are in a "no-take" marine protection area. We are privileged to share this amazing environment with an abundance of marine, mammal and bird species, and the spectacular coastline has many places for you to explore our rich biodiversity, history and heritage.
