We've just had a December cancellation which has opened up space for you to book your holiday! From 1 to 13 December could be the perfect time for you to getaway from it all and come and soak up the sun in our piece of paradise.

We're in the heart of the Cola Conservancy in Sedgefield. Our modern townhouse comfortable sleeps 6 and has everything you need for a perfect beach holiday.

With 3 bedrooms downstairs, the main en-suite and separate full bathroom, and ample living space flowing onto a covered patio upstairs - you'll feel like you are right at home.
