32 Summer Place is a spacious and comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday flat situated on the beach front of Shelly Beach, on the Southern Kwa-Zulu Natal coastline. The flat sleeps a maximum of 6 adults in total comfort. The main bedroom offers a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). cony ensure an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view. The second bedroom includes a double bed, with spacious cupboards. The third bedroom includes two single beds, with additional cupboard space. The second bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as all important crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the unit for your convenience, with an additional laundry section of the complex if needed. The spacious lounge offers comfortable seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV, with select DSTV channels. Like the main bedroom, the lounge leads out onto the balcony, for phenomenal sea views, early morning sun rises and evening sunset dinners. Braai facilities are offered at the communal swimming pool. The flat is fully furnished and equipped - just bring your own beach and bath towels. This is a fully enclosed and secure complex with 24 hour security and well maintained child friendly gardens, a jungle gym and a fenced off swimming pool. Undercover parking is included for one vehicle, however additional parking could be arranged if requested well in advance. Private access to the swimming beach, tidal pool and the Sonny Evans small craft harbour, making for hours of family fun and sunset/sunrise walks. The beaches of St Michaels, Margate and Uvongo offer safe bathing. If you are looking for outdoor fun and adventure, the area offers many golf courses, including Margate Country Club, San Lameer Golf Course and Port Shepstone. The Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve, Lake Eland and Uvongo River Nature Reserve offer the peace and tranquillity of nature, something you may yearn for after hours on the beach. The area includes many mountain bike (Ingeli Trail) and trail running routes! If you’re after an adrenalin rush, Oribi Gorge offers the gorge swing and abseiling, and the Sonny Evans harbour offers deep sea, game fishing, whale/dolphin viewing and diving guides/courses. For the necessary day-to-day sopping, the Shelly Centre and Spar shopping complexes are within walking distance of the unit. If you’re after a bit of retail therapy, The South Coast Mall is approximately three kilometres away. The area offers numerous family friendly restaurants and take-away’s, all within walking distance of the unit.
