Our next 5 course meal at Willets Hotel will be on the 31 August.

5 course 5 star menu :
Modern Caprese Salad
Char grilled hake with bacon, confit duck, red and yellow peppers and red wine sauce.
Garam masala chicken liver parfait with apple and rooibos dressing.
Slow braised pork belly, crushed peas, herbed potato bake and roasted chicken skin and onion soil.
Palet d'Or with chocolate and hazelnut Cream and passion fruit sauce.
R550 per person.
