Meet Stix, one of the warm smiles and dedicated hearts behind the Elephant Point experience.

As one of our talented butlers and waiters, Stix brings genuine warmth, care and an infectious energy to every guest encounter. But his talents extend far beyond exceptional hospitality.

When he’s not looking after our guests, you’ll often find Stix making music. A passionate drummer in a local community music group, he’s also a self-taught pianist with a wonderful natural gift for bringing melodies to life. 🥁🎹

In fact, if you’re dining at SAN Restaurant and hear the sound of the piano drifting through the room, there’s a good chance Stix is behind the keys, sharing one of his songs.
