African Penguins at Boulders Beach! When you are on the Western Cape it is a must do to scedule a daytrip driving around the Cape Peninsula. Travelling from YEBO Boutigue Guesthouse offers you the unique oppertunity to travel along the Ocean over the Baden Powell road. You will experience South Africa as the country from contrasts driving along Khayelitsha, the biggest township on the Western Cape. Arriving in Muizenberg enjoy a short break at seaside before you are heading to Boulders beach where you will see the beautiful African Penguin. Keep a respectful distance and see the African Penguin in its natural habitat. It will be a wonderful experience.

Whale spotting! Only a 20 minutes drive from YEBO Boutique Guesthouse you can spot whales from the parking place at Suikerbossie Drive, just outside Gordon Bay. The whale season stretches from june till december. Start with a nice drive in the morning to explore Clarence Drive, one of the most scenic drives on the Western Cape. Stop at Suikerbossie to spot whales. You can end the day with a relaxed beachwalk during sunset in Strand and go for a drink at the Brasserie.

It is only a 4 km ride as warm up, to the most extensive MTB trail network situated on one single wine farm called Lourensford. Beautifull nature and trails to be explored by you. While riding you can enjoy spectacular views over False Bay, Hottentots Holland mountain range and Somerset West. You can bring your own mountainbike, YEBO offers facilities like a bike workshop and safe storage. If you prefer a rental, we will assist you with our partners.
