No excessive loud music. No smoking in the house, only on the balcony and outside areas.

Please bring your own swimming towels, condiments and toiletries. The house provides all cutlery, crockery & linen. Bring your own DSTV decoder card. Gas braai available. Firewood available
Breakage deposit payable subject to house inspection: We ask that the house be left as neat as possible. If the house is left dirty or in Disarray, a cleaning fee of R 400.00 will be deducted from your deposit.

Please allow 48 hrs for the refund of your breakage deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the payment.
15 - 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the payment.
7 - 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the payment. Cancellation less than 7 days prior forfeit the full payment. CHECK IN: FROM 14h00 CHECK OUT: STRICTLY 10h00
