The Apollis Cottage Guest House is situated in Concordia, Namaqualand, a beautiful area in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. Opened in 2012, it is owned by Annie Jepthas. The Guest House is her dream realized: To open a Guest House on the farm land she grew up on - a way to give birth to a leg
acy of the Apollis family. Inside you will find traces of the family legacy through pictures of the parents, children and grandchildren. There are also pieces of furniture from the original house that have been kept and restored, a way to preserve the memory of 'Ouma's house'. The Guesthouse boasts 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, as well as a large lounge/dining room area, a porch, kitchen and a growing garden/braai area at the back. Using its own well for water as well as solar panels for electricity, it really is it's own self-sufficient oasis in the dessert. Whether a trip to see the Namaqualand daisies, or just to find a refuge from the bustling city life, The Apollis Cottage is an ideal location for a romantic trip or one with the family. We can also provide our premises for events and conferences. For more details please contact us.
