There is no doubt that this winter is the coldest that we have experienced in a long time. WINTER SPECIALS AT PEARL OYSTER GUESTHOUSE. Winter time along the Eastern Cape coast is fantastic for fishing. The catches are excellent. Shad, grunter/witsteembras, kabeljou/cob and various pan fish are plentiful. Deep sea trips can be organised for geelbek and stockfish.River fishing for spotted grunter, cob/kabeljou etc. is superb. And the winter weather is actually very pleasant with mostly warm days although nights can be chilly but nothing like the cold nights experienced inland. Stay for a minimum of 4 or 5 nights during the week and get 1 night free or get a 20% discount for 2 night weekend bookings. So whether you are a fisherman or just wanting a break from your normal day to day home/work routine now is the opportunity to take advantage of our WINTER SAVINGS. Hi All. It is exciting for us to officially be open again. It was really terrible the past few months not to be able to accept bookings due to lockdown. Not being able to socialise with good old friends, which we really cherish, and meet new ones [our guests normally always become friends] is something we really missed. Now that we are able to open our doors we look so forward to welcoming both old and new friends and invite one and all to give us a call to come and enjoy a very relaxed and comfortable stay with Babie and I at Pearl Oyster. Once again I want to thank all guests that have stayed with us for the super support. Your patronage has made us one of the leading guesthouses in our area. THANK YOU. I am at the same time asking that you honestly share with us the things that you liked and more importantly those that need to be improved. This will make your next stay , as well as all new guests, a much better stay. Our quest is to grow and improve our offering to such an extent that we are able to offer better prices and specials especially to those who support us regularly.
