Die Kliphuis, an elegant sandstone homestead, has over the past 100 years been used as a maternity home, a boarding house for young ladies, an officer’s mess in the Anglo Boer war and a parsonage. Since being lovingly restored to its original grandeur, Die Kliphuis has been awarded 4 stars by the South African Tourism Grading Council. To stay at Die Kliphuis is an experience in itself, rather than a mere stop over and guests are assured of One Hundred Thousand Welcomes!
