Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Stellenbosch. The Front Office Receptionist will handle daily front desk operations, including welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and managing bookings and inquiries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with staff, maintaining a clean and organized front office area, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Drivers license
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Front Office operations and administrative tasks
- Strong Customer Service skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic work environment effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service sector is advantageous
Salary bracket: (R4400-00 beginning)
- you work only 35hrs per week
- weekends/public holidays are calculated separate
- this is the first 3/6 months probation
We are not obliged to confirm your contract after probation if all requirements was not full filled
