It may look like a field of green, but there's a lot happening beneath the surface.

Just three weeks after planting, our cover crops have already grown to around 15 cm tall. While they grow above ground, they're also working below the surface, improving soil structure, retaining moisture, and supporting a healthy vineyard ecosystem.

It’s in the conversations on the stoep, the stories exchanged over a glass, and the quiet moments where strangers become part of our journey.

The cellar is perfumed with the deep aroma of new oak and our 2026 wines flowing into the barrels.
Before the 2026 wines find their place in the barrel, we begin here. Water, oak, patience, and time. Swelling the barrels allows the staves to tighten and seal, preparing them for this vintage.
