The Victorian Strand. Our Story
Built in 1900, an original Victorian style three-bedroom house, with a fresh new look, set in the beautiful coastal town of Strand, just 40 minutes drive from Cape Town.
The cigar lounge is filled with old world charm, where you can relax with a book or a glass of sherry in front of the antique fireplace. Persian rugs and copper lamps creates a warm atmosphere in the living room with wall to wall sofas to laze and relax on. French doors that open towards our small leafy courtyard, perfect for a well-deserved drink at sunset. The garden is adorned with old Victorian street lamps a fountain and seating areas where you can enjoy the fresh air and blue skies.
Two en-suite rooms, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, are situated inside the house, and the Garden room, a few steps away from the main house, overlooking the lush garden.
