Over 30 mammal species, including 13 game antelope species, large predators, primates and various smaller creatures are resident on the property. Hundreds of resident and migratory bird species, reptiles, amphibians, insects and plant life complement the region’s scenic beauty. A well-maintained road network provides complete property access and game viewing opportunities. The fully-furbished main lodge has electricity, cable satellite TV and WIFI connectivity. Two 5,000L water tanks distribute fresh water through an energy efficient gravitational system to the main lodge, tented camp, staff residence and a network of 7 artificial wildlife waterholes strategically located across the property. Well-camouflaged game viewing hides offer discrete views of three waterholes. The original, historic farmhouse has been partially refurbished, and offers an opportunity for further renovation as an additional 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom accommodation, or storage facility.
