The Carraighs / Crags and Keurbooms Accommodation Charming self-catering cottage overlooking the indigenous forest, in The Crags, between Plettenberg Bay and Nature’s Valley in the Garden Route. Sleeps 5.

The Carraighs has a wooden deck overlooking the pool, farmlands, horse riding trails, forest areas and the Tsitsikama Mountains. There is one bedroom with a double bed downstairs, full bathroom, self-catering kitchen, and an open-plan living room/dining room area with a sleeper couch in the living room. The loft bedroom, upstairs, has a double bed and a single bed, as well as another wooden deck o

verlooking the stunning view. There is an outside staircase to the main cottage and no bathroom upstairs, so this room is suitable for teenagers or young adults but not for small children on their own. We have a sparkling swimming pool, amazing bird-life and forest walks on the property. Linen and towels are provided. We live on the property as well. Our house is separate, but close to the cottage and we have three dogs who are very friendly and love having visitors, although the young puppy does jump up a bit, he is being trained! We also do not have a fence around our pool so, as a precaution, we do not allow small children or pets. We market two other properties as well! Treehouse cottage is also in Askop Road, in The Crags and is a cute open-plan cottage overlooking the forest. Also self-catering and it can sleep two adults in a double bed and two children in small single beds. Askop Road has an automatic boom with a security camera which closes the road to traffic at night, simply as a safety precaution, it works extremely well ! We have no crime problems and feel very safe walking around outside during the day and night, but don’t forget to ask for the code for the boom so that you can get in and out at any time. Both cottages have barbeque facilities, free Wi-Fi and DSTV. Gulls Way, our third cottage is in a stunning seaside location, in Keurbooms Strand ! It is a wooden cottage overlooking the sea, with two bedrooms, also self-catering kitchen, a modern bathroom and dressing room and an outside room with a washing machine and extra toilet. DSTV and BBQ facilities but no Wi-Fi although of course there is cellphone reception. The perfect place to relax and discover the Garden Route in a friendly, safe and very beautiful environment!

We have a permit now to accept guests who are essential service providers or who have a permit to travel and stay over night. We are in The Crags near Plettenberg Bay - all sorts of conditions - you have to have a permit and we need to give all your details to the Dept of Health but if you need somewhere to stay please contact us. We would love to host you and it’s quite safe - separate accommodation - self-catering. No contact. We don’t take guests for two days before or two days after just to be sure, to be sure.. Your safety and ours is our main concern. Contact Toni on 083-6766074. Food available nearby which you can cook in the cottage or from Wed to Sat meals can be delivered. Would love to help you !

Please support this fundraiser for the Southern Crags Conservancy. This beautiful hand-painted 8 piece dinner service was donated by Pauline de Jager of Frog Song pottery Studios to be raffled to raise money for the animals of Kurland Village and surrounds whose owners cannot afford to feed them at this time. The Conservancy cannot bear to see any animal suffer and also if they are starving they will hunt. This is a registered Conservancy and the money will be carefully audited and every cent spent on the welfare of animals and people in Kurland Village. R50 per ticket.
